HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS FOR TEACHERS

On the home page of the website www.NSDMTAC.com
look on the left side of the page to see the website NAVIGATION
At the bottom of the NAVIGATION is a LOGIN button

To LOGIN … each TEACHER
(all current Full Time nsdmtac Members have been added)
has been assigned a USER NAME and PASSWORD
USER NAME = first initial and last name (as one word – case sensitive)
PASSWORD = ********

A TEACHER can then LOGIN to the Registration Area
where they will see a “Teachers Menu” (Four sections)

1. Each TEACHER can “Edit My Teacher Info” (recommended)
change password
check address
check phone
check email address
check or ADD website

2. Under the heading “My Students” a TEACHER will add & edit their own STUDENTS information (necessary to register for an event)

3. Listed under ”MTAC Events”
TEACHERS can then enter STUDENTS into EVENTS

e.g. TEACHER #1 wants to enter their STUDENT “tonedeaf”
into the Popular Festival
TEACHER #1 (log’s into the Registration Area) choose “MTAC Events” from their “Teachers Menu”
view the EVENTS available for STUDENT registration
select desired EVENT and click “Register for Event”
option1: select “Solo or Duet” <next>
option2: select “STUDENT” and “Accompanist” (if applicable) <next>
option3: select “Composer”, “Name of Piece”, “Playing Time”
you will also see that STUDENTS information
then
select “Save Registration”

4. “View Students Registered by Event”
TEACHERS can view STUDENTS “List of Applications” and Fee summary
