The theme of this year’s winter festival is music from the Romantic, later Romantic, and Impressionistic period. Examples of composers are: Brahms, Burgmuller, Chopin, Faure, Gliere, Granados, Grieg, Heller, Liszt, Schubert, Schumann, Debussy, Rachmaninoff, Ravel, Rebikov, Scriabin, etc.
• The location is at the Rancho Bernardo Community Presbyterian Church. The address is: 17010 Pomerado Rd. San Diego, CA 92128. Directions to the church: I-15 exit Rancho Bernardo Rd. Go east to Pomerado Rd. and turn left. The church will be on the left hand side of Pomerado Rd.
• The festival is in recital format. Please review the recital rules on the branch website at nsdmtac.com. Students are required to stay for the entire recital in which they are scheduled. Recitals will be from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. depending upon registration.
• This is a semi-competitive event. Students will receive a mark of superior, excellent, or good. Medals and awards will be given.
• All levels are welcome and will be combined in recitals.
• Time Limits: elementary-3 minutes, Intermediate & Advanced-5 minutes.
• All instruments are encouraged to participate
• Music must be memorized.
• Entry Fee: $26.00 per student. One check per teacher made out the MTAC. Please send checks to Poway Music Academy, Greta Berezovsky, 3956 Pala Mesa Dr. Fallbrook, CA 92028
• Registration deadline is November 23, 2007. Registration is on-line at our website nsdmtac.com.
• Evaluators must have original copies of the music with the measures numbered. No photocopies.
• Student limit is 8 students per teacher unless registration allows for more.
• Recital time requests are discouraged, but if necessary, e-mail these requests to Greta Berezovsky at gretasmusic@aol.com.

1. Go to www.nsdmtac.com and click on Programs/Festivals.
Scroll down to Winter Festival and click on the link for
more information.
2. Then go back and click on Login on the home page. Log
on as a teacher, click MTAC Events then click the link to
register your students.
Just a reminder: You have to add students to your list before
you can sign them up for any events. Remember to click "Enrolled"
and fill out the student's name, lesson start date and birth
date information. Once you have entered in the student's
information, you just click on that student's name to register
them for most of our MTAC events.
